2018

In 2018, the Nuit des Images aims to reflect a changing world with all that this implies in terms of tensions, crises and tragedies. It will therefore be a matter of offering you a resonance box for emotions and questions in the face of changes, whatever they may be and wherever they may be. During its flagship event, the Musée de l'Elysée thus gives a voice to artists and specialists who explore visual representations to define and redefine with us all the humanitarian principles that will shape the world of tomorrow.

In 2018, the Nuit des Images invites you to enjoy photography in three ways: engaged, literary and animated. Come and discover the point of view of different artists and humanitarian aid actors around humanitarian principles, but also tell us what you think and what you experience about them! Browse our gardens for books, Jean Dubuffet albums, pages of books with Sun Yanchu and readings (sometimes electric) for young and old. Finally, let yourself be surprised by your reactions in a cave set up by Rachel Rom or in the middle of a cloud of smoke! You will also discover the eight nominees for the third edition of the Elysée Prize as well as a film in homage to Joseph Koudelka before letting yourself be carried away by a musical moment...
